Cruise Terminal 1
Royal Carribean:
When you depart the cruise terminal please follow the sidewalk straight ahead. When you reach the parking garage you will see a desk. Please go to that desk and ask for Cocoa Beach Shuttle.
We have a Customer Service Rep. that will check you in and get you on the correct shuttle. We have several shuttles going in different directions so please check in with greeter to ensure you get on the correct vehicle.
We leave each terminal approximately every 30 minutes starting around 7:30 am. For the fastest service please depart the ship by 10:30 AM. We cannot guarantee wait times after 10:30 AM.
Cruise Terminal 10
When you depart the cruise terminal please follow the sidewalk to the far left. When you see a large awning and a desk, please go to that desk and ask for Cocoa Beach Shuttle.

Cruise Terminal 5
When you depart the cruise terminal please turn right and follow the sidewalk to the far right side of the garage. When you reach the overhead awning zone A you will see a desk. Please go to that desk and ask for Cocoa Beach Shuttle.

Cruise Terminal 6
When you depart the cruise terminal please keep straight out the doors and cross the cross walk. After crossing look for the big sign that says “ZONE A” overhead on the awning, there you will see a desk. Please go to that desk and ask for Cocoa Beach Shuttle.

Cruise Terminal 8
When you depart the cruise terminal please follow the sidewalk straight ahead. When you reach the gate near the street (Prearranged Transportation Area) turn left and go to Zone #4. Once you are there please call us at 321-631-4144 to let us know you are there. This is a small loading area and vehicles are not allowed to stage here.
We have several shuttles going in different directions so please do not be alarmed if a shuttle leaves without you. We leave each terminal approximately every 30 minutes starting around 7:30 am. MCO
Pick-up Location: Orlando International Airport
After getting your luggage, please proceed down the escalator or elevator, 1 level below baggage claim to Ground Transportation. We will pick up all the passengers outside at the Out-Of-Town Shuttles area, parking space numbers 14 and 15.
Call us after you have picked up your luggage so we know to send in your Van
Our shared shuttles pick up at each terminal approximately every 30 minutes.
We do share this spot with other companies so don’t be alarmed if another vehicle is there, we will be there shortly. Our Shuttles are clearly marked with “Cocoa Beach Shuttle” in yellow letters across the windshield and on both sides of the Vehicles

Melbourne Airport Pickup Instructions
When you arrive at the airport: please call 321-631-4144 when you have your luggage from baggage claim. You will then proceed directly out the front doors and cross the street. Our shuttle vans will be white with yellow lettering that says “Cocoa Beach Shuttle”
